Breed Ambassadors
SPPHAWA have the Breed Ambassadors Hall of Fame. This program was started when the association commenced in 2006 and has been a way to highlight the horses that have helped showcase the breed not only in the standardbred show scene but out in open company.
A horse can only become an ambassador after accumulating * amount of points from SPPHAWA run events and in open company.
Points are collected using the following system

- Gold Ambassador
-Silver Ambassador
-Bronze Ambassador

There after 3 tiers of ambassador status- Gold, Silver & Bronze.
Each of these tiers have a minimum of points that need to be earnt by the horse before they can apply for a ambassador title. Once a horse has been awarded an Ambassador title, they cannot apply for a tier higher (if applicable)

Should your horse have achieved the required points and excelled at representing the breed out in open competitions, then please consider applying them for an ambassador title using the following form.

BREED AMBASSADOR FORM
Prior to us creating the Ambassadors Role system, WASBA had an ambassador status also. The criteria was different to the above in that there was no point system and horses were applied based on their performances??
