Thank you to all our fabulous sponsors...
SPPHAWA would like to thank all our current sponsors for supporting our events, as they would not be possible without them.
All the sponsors have a website or social media pages so please take the time to visit them for further information and please support these fantastic people and businesses.
Off The Track WA (OTTWA) - are committed to supporting and promoting retired racehorses as they transition into pleasure, performance, and companionship homes. Through several incentives such as educational clinics, event sponsorships, competitor sponsorship and community sponsorships and funding, OTTWA support the education and use of retired racehorses in pleasure and performance homes. Through the OTTWA Retraining Program, a dedicated Buy & Sell page, and funding provided to OTT Network Retrainers, Off the Track WA actively assist with the rehoming of racehorses after retirement.
Off the Track WA also operate the OTTWA Passport, an initiative designed to provide owners with access to benefits and services required to support their Thoroughbreds and Standardbreds. Be sure to have your OTTWA Passport to be eligible for entry into SPPHAWA’s exciting upcoming events!
Off the Track WA are proud to partner with SPPHAWA in supporting retired racehorses transitioning into second careers as pleasure, performance, and companionship horses. Without the support of OTTWA we couldn’t have the events that we do and the support that these horses have.
Western Australia Standarbred Breeders (WASBA) - Our close working relationship with WASBA has extended well over 20 years since 2000 and has ensured that we can promote and support our local bred horses and we are very honoured to have WASBA’s support.
WASBA was formed in 1970 by breeders & studmasters looking to improve the conditions for breeders and to promote and foster the breeding of the Standardbred horse in Western Australia. They are the fore runner in promoting local stallions and breeding bonuses on the race track. They have been very instrumental in the welfare and alternative options for the unsuccessful and also the more performed Standardbreds coming off the track. Everybody benefits from a strong local breeding industry and supporting Westbred horses.
In order to continue to support these horses, WASBA have chosen to support to our members with WA Bred horses & Mares by providing Entry Fee Subsidys at select events. This is a fantastic initiative and we are very grateful for their support.
