By submitting this form, I hereby apply for a new membership of the Standardbred Pleasure & Performance Horse Association of Western Australia Inc. I have read the Membership Information & Social Media Policy and agree during the period of my membership, to abide by these and understand that I am also bound by the Rules & Regulations & Show Rules & Regulations of the Association.
SPPHAWA Purebred Registrations - $10
I wish to register my Purebred Standardbred with SPPHAWA & I have an Off The Track WA Passport.
I wish to register my Partbred Standardbred with SPPHAWA and have read the Partbred Information and understand the Process and Fees required. Payment not required until DNA test is verified.
Partbred Standardbred Registration - Fee $30*
I wish to register my Prefix with SPPHAWA Inc. - To be eligible to apply for a Prefix the applicant must be a financial member of the Standardbred Pleasure & Performance Horse Association of Western Australia Inc. for a cost of $20.*
